Registered Device Service Privacy Policy

Introduction

RD-Service is the application specillay designed for usage of registered device for AADHAAR authenbtication with UIDAI. As UIDAI has discontinued public devices and mandate registered device, this app will be used to convert public device to registered device as per UIDAI guidelines.

The application RD-Service doest not collecting any user data on the developer's server, however; by using saftetynet api of google utility, may google can collect the data on its own server that is seperate from developer's server.

Collection of Data

RD service collecting some data such as ip address of device, IMEI number and other handset details etc as per UIDAI guidelines for tracability purpose. however this is only limited to tracing purpose and no further utilize in different purpose.

Sharing of Data

As we are not collecting any user personal data such as account password, bank related information etc with this app on developer server, We don't share your personal information with third parties.

Please note, RD service specially designed for capture biometric data using biometric scanner for aadhaar authentication purpose. Rd service capturing biometric data and converting into signed and encrypted format before sharting it ut any third-party applications. Biometric data being encrypted with UIDAI public key certificate that can be only decrypted by UIDAI it-self. No intermediate or third-party can utilize this data.

Before initiate call to RD service for capturing biometric data from any third-party application, user must ensured that third-party applicaiton collecting explicit user consent before capture biometric data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make major changes in the way we collect or use information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Website or sending you an email. In any case, you can track all changes via the website. A user is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services after such changes have been first posted.
